To ensure a smooth and enjoyable Dudhsagar trip, you will need to begin your journey between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM from your hotel. This is the window to board the taxi for a timely departure and to visit the most number of places. Ideally, you should leave before 7:00 AM, so we will confirm the exact pickup time based on your location once your booking is finalized.
Please note: As your pickup is early in the morning, our team will send you the cab and driver details between 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM the night before your trip.
The drive to Mollem, where the jeep safari begins, takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. Our expected arrival time will be around 10:00 to 10:30 AM. Upon reaching, you will need to purchase tickets for the jeep safari, forest pass, and life jackets. Don’t worry if you're unsure about how to purchase them—the driver will assist you.
After securing your tickets, you will embark on the jeep safari, which will last until approximately 2:00 to 3:00 PM. Should you wish to have lunch, there are a few small restaurants available near the Dudhsagar area. If you’re feeling hungry afterward, we offer three additional bonus stops as part of your package:
Spice Plantation: Here, you can purchase fresh spices and enjoy a complimentary lunch. The entry fee is arround ₹300 per person. If you prefer not to visit the plantation, simply inform the driver, and they will skip this stop.
Mangeshi Temple: A peaceful spot where you can visit the temple. The area also has restaurants, including pure vegetarian options. If you skipped lunch at Dudhsagar or the spice plantation, this is a great place to have a meal.
Old Goa Churches: You can spend around an hour exploring these historical churches before the driver takes you back to your hotel.
On the return journey, feel free to ask the driver for suggestions on where to stop for lunch or a rest. The driver can help you find a suitable place based on your preferences.
